Fast response from customer service! The only thing I would add is the DNA test for canadians and maybe some kind of status for your order after the blood draw at home is done.

The app is ok, but I wish I could revert and have my profile as it was on the website before it moved. I haven’t been able to figure out how to do that but it would be nice. I prefer the way I’m able to view my bio markers on the web over the app interface. I like the way the app parses out the optimized and non-optimized markers, but there’s no other way to view those metrics. I wish I could see the metrics on the app in a list or another viewing option. Otherwise, I’m generally happy and will to continue getting my blood tested regularly to see if I’m able to optimize the areas identified. I also showed my doctor the app and she was pleased to see the information that is shared with each metric, and that the sources of that information are provided. She was impressed.

The app could use some tweaks. This morning for instance I looked at a food recommendation for dark chocolate. The recommendation was for half a bar, but the weight of the bar was not specified. Navagation can be problematic. I have ordered a DNA Kit, but I'm unable to locate any reference to the order.

I really appreciate the simplicity and directness that Insideracker allows. Getting bloodwork done, and receiving information about how to improve biomarkers is made far more simple and inexpensive by InsideTracker

Great physical gauge for health.

Inside Tracker is great. I love getting recommendation to improve my health, strength and endurance based specifically on my body. I only gave four stars because I think the app, which is new, needs some improvements. I think that we should be able to use the app or go online to see our plans, etc. Right now, if you have the app, that is all you can use. I also want to be able to coordinate recommendations that I received from microbiome testing with Inside Tracker so that the recommendations include that information as well.
