Very disappointed inside tracker took my blood test results and basically told me everything that I already knew based on reading my own results I received absolutely zero insight to their analysis very unuseful

Based on the endorsements and promotion by leaders in the scientific community (notably David Sinclair and Andrew Huberman) I fully expect there to be top-flight customer service and personalized attention by something more than merely automated responses. Right from the start I had questions prior to my test and reached out to customer service - both via phone and email - and NEVER heard back even though their voicemail says something to the effect ‘we’ll get back to you within 48 hours.’ Upon purchasing you immediately get an email that appears to come from a real person (in my case someone named Avery) that says that this is just the start of the journey and to see them as a partner in your wellness journey. Pretty much BS there for sure. The concept of personalized cutting-edge, AI-driven health care is fascinating and holds so much promise, but these guys miss the mark when it comes to being there to help guide you. Ideally, there would be a human to help you get off the ground then the AI could do the rest. Although it’s fixed now, the other issue was the app didn’t work for the first week b/c apparently, they were working iOS integration with the Apple Watch (which is great). Why couldn’t they pass this on to their users? I’d like to purchase follow-up tests to see if the nutritional/supplement recommendations work but at their fees and lack of support, I’m super skeptical at this stage. InsideTracker please devote resources to those of us who spent a lot of money on this service. To folks like Drs. Sinclair and Huberman, please talk to your supporters about their customers' service b/c this is a poor reflection on your endorsements.

At this point I'd prefer to opt out of the program, the At Risk High Ferritin indicator has given me some inside as to my focus moving forward. It turns out that your program is not geared for me at this point. I appreciate the blood work and would like to pay you for this service, moving forward I'd prefer to get a refund on the rest of the program. The program might be good for the general public, unfortunately my house hold knowledge with nutrition is far move than what you're able to offer at the current price range, totally understand. I'm seeking Holistic medical advice as to why my High Ferritin levels, to go through your program simply doesn't make sense at this point. It turns out that this test provided me with insight as to why I looked at your program in the first place. Requested a cancellation of the service's due to the finding of my blood work and medical advice from doctor. The advice from Inside Tracker will not help resolve my current medical condition, this is the reason I'm requesting a partial refund. Gladly pay for the blood work completed

I bought the Ultimate earlier in January. I waited a few days an my blood work lab slip became available. I scheduled my blood draw. That part was very easy. I had my blood drawn on January 17th. I expected a 5-10 day wait. No problem. I have not received any word on the results. I have emailed more than once. I added DNA analysis. I received the kit and retuned it. I have received an email saying the DNA was being analyzed. I called the number today and got a recording saying they had an unusually high call volume and for me to leave a message and I should get a response within 48 hours. I did. I then tried the Live Chat. I got the same response. The FAQ didn't answer my question so I said so. I then received a message saying they were busy and I should email them. I have no emails from Inside Tracker concerning the extremely delayed blood work results. I did get automated emails saying, something about "we're checking in, if we don't hear anything back, we'll close this out:. I respond and then I get another automated email about they are busy and will get back to me when they can. If you are having staffing issues, say that up front. I'm a patient guy, but no news is frustrating. Call me and give me some answers please!
