I started using Inside Tracker in February 2022 because I didn't feel like my insurance covered annual testing and physical really gave me the tools to take care of my body. Inside Tracker testing gave me insights into my genetic disposition to some important areas and the actual testing provided measurements for biomarkers which my normal doctor didn't even test for me. It's made a huge difference in my lifestyle choices

Have been using Inside Tracker for about 6 months now and couldn't be happier. The lab process is super easy to set up and was very painless. The amount of data available in the results is amazing. At first I felt a bit intimidated by so much all at once, but once I got the chance to look at in depth I really appreciated everything that was offered. I enjoy being able to set a goal and have specific recommendations to help me reach those goals and daily check ins to hold me accountable. The DNA test to go along with the bloodwork was also very informative. I also enjoy that InsideTracker is always offering more content, including articles,podcasts, guest speakers,etc.
