I am new to InsideTracker and just had my first blood draw(yay!). I had a concern that my blood draw would be inaccurate due to a failure to stop my supplements prior to the lab work. I reached out to the InsideTracker support team and received a speedy response and resolution to my concern(within 24hrs). I was very pleased! I have really appreciated using Inside Tracker consistently over the years, doing 1-2 tests per year. Getting the data has let me know how I'm doing with my diet and then inspires me to make actionable changes, made easy with their recommendations. Ive now gathered a long history of my biomarkers over the years and kept notes about my diet and training around the tests, thus seeing progress or changes over time has given me so much insight into what works for me!
