It is much quieter than the last machine I had. The employees have been very helpful and knowledgeable.

My concentrator was defective. It was replaced. I was thankful to be able to get a second battery. For my POC. I do not know the date.

I like my Imogen only thing is the portables battery runs down to fast. Only stars charged around 3 hours. We contacted customer service and they said they would send me another battery. So we will see.

Took me a while to get used to the pulse system. It seems close to normal now I use it whenever I leave the house. It's lasted me for several years so it's a reliable unit. I look at it as a life saver!! I do think that Inogen should make a statement that says the pulse units will take some getting used to. It took me about 2 weeks. They should also correct the volume statements on the noise. It really is low. I use it in church and everyone is used to it by now. But overall my pump has ran for several years without an issue. I'm very happy with mine.

Quick and efficient service. Only drawback is portable unit is a little to heavy to carry around very long.

There's pros and cons. I compared Inogen to my other POC. Inogen pros do outweigh the cons. I love the size and weight and being able to do my own maintenance on the unit. Also, the 3 yr warranty is nice. What I don't like is the sound level is not as quiet and it's not quiet when the unit is recharging the battery. I am not impressed with the carrying case either. It seems flimsy and there is no storage for anything, not even the tubing.
