No one called me back regarding the…
No one called me back regarding the part that I ordered and it was the wrong one. I need to know if I need a shipping label to return this part. I have not found the right size of cylinder that I need. So if you could call me back at 5172455538 I would appreciate it.

Potential problems
First, I was promised an external battery charger (To be shipped separately, so the second battery could be charged off the machine). I have not received this yet, despite promises it would be shipped right away. Secondly, the metal port atop my machine holding the rear of the candela has come out several times. The candela also kinks at this same point and shuts off the air supply. I have screwed the metal part back in several times, but there are minimal treads to hold it in place. Once this has expanded the plastic, what are my options? Third, the neck strap has released 3 times at the swivel pin at the machine. The unit has not hit the ground yet, but I figure it is just a matter of time.

Trouble getting enough air
Trouble getting enough air. Rove 6 is too heavy. Love having a protable, but improvements need to be made. My opinion.

I don't actually know because it seems there is no way to test what is coming out. It does have pretty lights and a nice noise.

Battery doesn't last like advertised.
I took this fully charged with me to the Dr. I turned it on at 8:30am with a 100% Battery. It shut off at 10:53am while I was in the Dr.s Office. I thought these Batteries were to last up to 4 hours and mine didn't even last 3.

it is ok she does not use it as often…
it is ok she does not use it as often as i thought...i think it still is heavy on the shouler....lets hope she does it more,
