My mail order get 5 stars, but when I need to talk to one of your reps that is barely a 3 star

The larger unit I have, works fine. I did have to exchange it once. The smaller unit I have has given me problems. It’s has been replaced twice. The straps keep breaking, it’s been replaced once. But needs to be replaced again. I do love the concept of these oxygen units, but I do believe there is room for improvement. Linda Fussell
