In N out RemodelingReviews of innoutremodeling.com

I hired In N Out Remodeling after reading their positive online reviews, trusting I could expect the level of professionalism and workmanship those reviews described. Unfortunately, my firsthand experience was dramatically different. Our residential remodel was plagued by significant workmanship issues, unfinished work, and serious project-management problems, ultimately leading us to terminate our contract. The project closeout was equally frustrating. Rather than having a straightforward process for addressing unfinished items and closing out the project, we dealt with ongoing administrative issues and disputed balances. We filed a complaint with the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) and issued formal written dispute notices. We ultimately had to bring in a replacement contractor to complete the work. I am sharing this review because the positive reviews were a significant factor in my decision to hire this company, and my experience was markedly different from what those reviews suggested. Based on my experience with their workmanship, project management, and dispute resolution, I would not hire In N Out Remodeling again and strongly encourage prospective customers to conduct thorough due diligence before signing a contract.

Ilai and the entire team took over our project from the first moment until the last detail of completion. In 8 days they had a month’s worth of work done. The entire crew was tidy and polite. I look forward to having them back for our next project already

From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. Ilai the project manager and the entire crew were friendly, respectful, and definitely skilled at everything they do! Ilai kept me updated throughout the project and always took the time to answer all of my questions. My wife and I are really impressed with how clean they left everything at the end of each day. The finished project turned out better than we imagined!

I’m very pleased with our latest renovation! The updates give the space a bright and inviting atmosphere. It’s a wonderful change that makes everything feel better! Working with Ilai and the crew was a great experience. They were professional and attentive to our needs.
