We were founded in 2023 by Dr. Sarah Daccarett, MD. She is a board-certified physician licensed in all 50 states, and her practice focuses on women's hormonal health and longevity medicine. Care starts with a two-minute symptom quiz. A licensed clinician reviews your intake, and if a treatment is appropriate for you, it ships to your door — no office visit, no insurance required.
