Innago offers a cloud-based property management platform for landlords with small to midsize property portfolios. With Innago, users can collect rent, manage leases, collect signatures and manage tenants. From day one, we’ve met and collaborated with these small-to-mid-sized landlords to produce an application they actually want to use. We’ve avoided unnecessary features and focused on saving you time.Too many property management applications are overwhelming, bloated with features that drive up the cost and turn their software “solution” into a software problem. If you feel you’ve lost a competitive edge to larger landlords with modern features, or you simply want to streamline your rental management process, you’ve come to the right place. Our mission is to make renting simple, accessible, and affordable for landlords of any size.

I use Innago for my property management and it has been great! The application process is easy, the app takes my tenants rents each month and send them directly to my bank account, and sends invoices to each of my tenants when they pay or I document they paid me directly. The app also published my listings in 5 different rental sites for easy advertising. And all of this has been free to me! I would highly recommend.

Using Innago to collect rent from my tenants has really simplified things. I used to have to monitor money coming in as checks, Zelle payments, wire transfers, and then hassle people when their rent was late. Now Innago tracks all that and then sends ME an email notifying me when someone’s rent is late as well as reminding the tenant. Way easier. The only thing that is a little clunky is that the way the system handles scheduled rent increases that are built into the lease. You have to add the increase as a repeating fee on top of the usual invoice. None of my tenants could figure out how to get autopay to update to the right amount. I had to terminate the old lease and then put in a new one with the new amount. Even so, it’s a fantastic service for the price.

I really enjoy using Innago and it has made it easy to manage my tenants! Also, my tenants have told me that it is convenient for them to pay rent and security deposits, and view the lease.

I’ve been using Innago to manage my rental properties, and it has been a game-changer. The platform makes rent collection seamless, with easy online payments that save me time and reduce the hassle of tracking down payments. I also love the maintenance request feature—tenants can submit requests directly through the portal, making communication and issue resolution much smoother. The interface is user-friendly, and the automation features help simplify property management tasks. Overall, Innago has made my life as a landlord so much easier, and I highly recommend it to anyone managing rentals!
