The software is buggy and not intuitive. To me, the layout and operation does not make sense. If you call for assistance, you rarely get a person on the line. You will leave a message and they will call back but by then you are not in front of your computer. I have been locked out a number of times. I would be wary of this software.

Mediocre support. 16 units, consistent trouble. You can take deposits, but not refund them. If you aren’t using their payment system: they will remove your account without giving you any other options. I would have paid for the service, but they want to trap you in transaction fees.

Hey Jeremy, it's true that you cannot return the security deposit electronically through Innago. You can mark that it has been returned for bookkeeping purposes, but we don't currently let you send it. We are working on this though and hope to offer it soon! We like to think Innago is a great system, but we also aim to continue adding new and better features. That's definitely one on our list. Regarding the payment system, I'm not sure what you mean by remove your account. We certainly would not do that and have thousands of users that do not use our online payments. Finally, transaction fees are on online payments only and are paid by tenants by default. We don't require it as a service and we do not generally charge them to landlords. I don't see any support tickets related to your email, phone number, or name in Innago. Perhaps you have the wrong contact info?
