I ordered a magenta cartridge from them thinking it was going to save me time and money. The first cartridge did not work due to a "bad Chip" so my Xerox machine could not detect it. Then I got a replacement, Yay!-Not! it kept printing with a different color down the middle of the page. I thought that after a couple of prints it would adjust, but it did not. I noticed no one in the office was using the color printer anymore, so I checked it, cleaned it and retried it, the smear down the middle just kept getting worse and the magenta was bleeding into the other cartridges. I asked for a return label and a refund, it's been two weeks and I am still waiting for the label. The only upside is that their customer service is decent!

Excellent ink cartridges and service.

The black toner my new Samsung printer model SL-M2885FW uses has been working fine. I'm a satisfied customer.
