We have had good luck with these cartilages until the last order and to get them to work we had to put an old one in to get them to reset to start but Pryor orders were good.

Las últimas veces que compré con Ustedes, devolvian el paquete porque lo envían por UPS. Anteriormente siempre lo enviaban por correo postal y lo recibía sin problemas. Enviarlo por UPS es un problema para mi, pues lo devuelven al no encontrar dirección. Ya no deseo volver a comprar.

While most of the time I've not had a problem, one time when I ordered, the ink had all dried up and none worked, thus I was unable to print anything. She immediately sent another order and all was ok. She said perhaps it was an older supply on the shelf which should have been discarded. I will add that when I called them, they immediately sent me a new order and since then I've not had a problem. So, I'm happy with their service.

Could not get either cartridge to work, and I have decades of experience with computers and printers as a Sr Field Engineer/Tech Specialist. I had to buy a new printer to solve my problem.

Ink did not last as long as expected

Colors do not seem to be true. Some printed lines, even in black have clor breaks in them. Some may be due to age of the printer but I have to give the ink some of the responsibility for the errors.
