Easy, better than driving to the store 40 miles away

The website was easy to use, and the ink worked great in the printer.

Ordered ink cartridges for two separate HP printers. Ink only lasted for a couple days for each printer. We replaced with a second cartridge on each printer, but with the same result. Very disappointed with the quality and dependability of these cartridges. On the positive side, InkPlusToner did provide a refund for the unused cartridges, which I had to ship back to them.

I ordered and installed a color and black ink cartraiges. I am only getting purple whether I chose black and white or color. This is the second time I have had a problem with cartaiges. I like the price and quick delivery but I expect them to work.

Shipments are Fast and any Problems have been rectified with No hassle's. I have re-ordered and Very Pleased with this Company . They were referred by my Sister , she has been using this Service and Very Happy with them too !

The last 2/3 cartridges messed up my printer

Order was delivered on time and accurately. Like the ability to order just the color(s) I need instead of the multi-pack with all of the colors. Ties up less money.
