I bought a first power bank and after 3 months of use, it was no longer charging so I contacted customer support, they were REALLY responsive in less than 30 minutes I had a response and they sent me another power bank

I bought a power bank from iniu some time ago, I was honestly blown away by how good the build quality was, they also threw in a pouch for it too. The powerbank itself, pouch and cable were all top notch, I still use it now and it’s going strong, no signs of wear as I almost exclusively use it in the pouch and it doesn’t add too much weight or size to it. Support is also good and prompt.

J'utilise la batterie externe pour ordinateur portable de 140 W 27 000 mAh depuis la fin juin 2025. Je suis très satisfait, les recharges sont rapides et la batterie ainsi que le câble USB C fournis semblent bien construits et résistants. Le service à la clientèle est efficace également.

I was looking for a power bank for my new Switch 2 and I wanted it to have a big capacity but to be as small in size as possible so that I coule carry it with me wherever I go on my vacation. After checking a few reviews on the internet it was clear that the best option was the INIU P62-E1. It is indeed as small as it gets for a 20000mA power bank, it has fast charge up to 65W, it is slick and looks really good (I bought the orange one). It also has a usb-c to usb-c cable as a strap which is very pracrical. I was able to charge up to three devices at the same time or charge two devices while charging the power bank. It is very sturdy and the build quality looks really good. Also, I should mention that it was delivered within 2 days and the tech support is really good and responsive (I asked them a couple of questions about the product and they replied within the day). Overall this is a very good power bank and if you are looking for a small in size but high in capacity option I don’t think it can get ant better. On top of that, it only costs 50€ which is quiet cheap compared to similar options of other brands. Highly recommended!

I've always been satisfied with their products, especially their USB Type-C cables, which are excellent quality compared to what's available on the market. A few months ago, I had a problem with one of my cables, and their email support was impeccable. They replaced the cable and asked me to send them the broken one so they could test it and prevent it from happening again. Excellent company, I will continue to buy from them.
