I had a great experience working with my counselor Justin. He helped me realize what my passions were and he and my FAO Wesley helpe me structure activites and overall were a good helping force during my early to middle high school years.

Justin is an exceptional college counselor who combines professionalism, experience, and genuine care for his students. He takes the time to get to know not only the student but also the family, which allows him to provide thoughtful, personalized guidance throughout the college application process. His communication is always timely, direct, and respectful. When reviewing essays for my son's summer program applications, Justin worked diligently to help us meet very tight deadlines. His feedback was consistently insightful, helping my son strengthen his writing while ensuring the work remained entirely his own. Justin never wrote anything for the student, but his guidance helped the student best present his work. We especially appreciate Justin's ability to communicate honestly while remaining encouraging and polite. His expertise, responsiveness, and dedication make him an outstanding counselor, and we highly recommend him to any family navigating the college admissions process.

Everyone at Ingenious was really supportive of my journey. They always focused on the learning I could get out of it rather than forcing me to be a number to improve their stats. They also always retained professionalism related to consulting when giving me advice so that I always made very informed decisions. The team also provided me with a lot of opportunities to present my work, participate in leadership, experience academic research... Overall, I would recommend!

Met the firm from college advisors organized by my kids' high school parent association. After comparing with several leading name, decided to go with Ingenious and they provided a good service and help on essays. I am happy with my son's outcome. The only thing to mention was the lead advisor quit in the middle of application season but the replacement advisor was pretty helpful.

Even though I have not spent too much time with InGenius, I can tell that they are really passionate about their job. It never feels like my counselor is tutoring me, it feels more like a mentor that guides me.
