I purchased this chair from Costco and paid extra to have it set up. It arrived at my home with a 10 minute notice. It still doesn’t work properly. I have had it in my home for 3 weeks. Still waiting for someone to fix it. I called infinty and a very polite person offered to send someone out to fix it. Still have not heard. I would expect that when a person pays this much for a chair there would be more efficient service.

While the chair itself is great since it’s our second purchase, our new delivery and assembly was just disappointing! The men didn’t know how to put it together. They said it was their first time! I had to point to the manual for instructions. In spite of that after taking a while to assemble the arms, they left 2 bolts and stated they were ‘spares’. When you’re paying for such an expensive product which included white glove delivery the customer deserves more. Still waiting for someone to come see if it’s been assembled correctly.

We love the chair, we use it everyday and everyday we feel a little better than the day before. If your thinking about buying one , but not sure stop thinking about and just do it.

Generally, a good chair compared to other massage chairs. Not for short people. I am 6 ft and it fits well. The pre-program massages are great. But very limited if you try to program your own massages. Airbags can be tight at times depending on airbags pressure and 3D settings. The noise generated by the pneumatics and motors is quite loud but a pair of noise cancellation headphones works well. The cable for the controls is always in the way. I fall asleep each time I am in the chair.

This is by far THE BEST chair I have used. I have tried different message chairs in many malls, stores, and places, and did not purchase one until now. This was expensive but,as you will see it is worth it. My adult son and wife, who live next door along with myself are each using the chair many times a day. It is great after the gym, walking, after the hot tub, and just before bed.Lppk no farther, this is the one to get.

Bought this Chair on April 25th at Costco. One month later I STILL have not recieved the chair. However, they promptly charged my credit card. Maybe could understand putting a hold on the card for the amount, but do not think it right to charge the entire amount until chari is about to be delivered.

Hi Bill, We are so glad that you are enjoying your massage chair! We love hearing feedback from our customers and appreciate you taking the time to write us a review. Happy Relaxing! Customer Experience - Infinity Massage Chairs
The Infinity Evolution massage chair was easy to assemble in 3 parts, with just a few air ports, bolts and wired interfaces at the foot and calves section. The chair is a welcome daily health benefit and covers all of the areas effectively. I had an issue with our massage chair from the beginning, out of the box, where the chair needed a replacement electronic board in order to activate menu functions and features. The issues were resolved in a total of 2 weeks with customer service, new parts ordered and installation. Good follow up and thank you Infinity.
