The only reason I did not give this product a full five stars is because there can always be improvements made in the quality of the product, meaning when putting the belt on after a few try's the pieces separate more easily and the piece connecting the ball to the hoop jams a bit when breaking it in. The sweat cream INCREDIBLE! the waist belt PERFECT! and if you stick to the whole 30 minutes your gonna be sweaty, yes you may have to work your body up to this so give yourself grace if you need to stop a lot in the beginning but it does get better! There is no better feeling then getting to take off a link #Accomplishment

I ordered the arm hoops on May 4,2026. They gladly took my money on May 5, 2026. It took 10 days to ship. Now, I have no idea where my package is, & no one is responding to my emails. Funny how they took my money right away, but I don’t have the product. I have considered this a scam and will be contacting my bank to declare this as fraud. I was excited to get this product to help with weight loss before a major surgery. Since no customer service exists at this company, I have to go elsewhere. In the meantime, fraud report, here I come!

Horrible customer service. No response to calls with voicemails left or emails (even though when you call they say they will reply within 24 hours.) I ended up messaging their Instagram and Facebook to try to get a response and instead of providing good customer service, they tried to gaslight me and didn’t even apologize about how no one has ever responded to my calls or emails. I do not recommend supporting this company because they also seem to delete any negative comments on social media as well. Oh and they will send you over 7 spam emails per week as well. I avoided unsubscribing from them just in case it would mess up a response from their customer service somehow, but the more I get without responses, the more upsetting it gets.

The new hoop doesn't work as well as their model 3 years ago. They sent me the wrong size waist band and zero response from the company. I was able to dispute the charge. However, today they started to charge me for a monthly subscription I didn't order. I just had to cancel my credit card. I would not recommend them. Update! The company sent me a text at 1230am. Said I would not be charged the 39.99. However my card was charged today. I feel that if I didn't write this review, the company won't not have reached out to me after my several emails and phone calls with my reference numbers. The rating stands.

My experience was great because I order one wrist hoop, thought it was two and was able to get a refund for the double shipping when I ordered the 2nd. I also like the product. Thanks so much for the customer service:) Kristine was fabulous!

I didn’t not realize the 30 days subscription continued after the free trial. Emailed customer service about the payment hitting my account. They were quick to get back with me and refunded my payment and told me what happened. Good experience!

I have been a customer with infinity hoop for at least a couple of years, and I have purchased 2 traditional hoops, a sweat belt, along with the newer arm hoop and band(s). I love these products. They are easy to use, securely packaged, and high quality. They make it easy to do a great workout from home. In a recent purchase I didn't realize I was going to get charged for the premium communtiy, after a trial period that I did not utilize, and reached out to the customer support regarding this. By the midday the following business day, I was refunded and they were very sweet in response.
