See my previous review. Same seller, same problem, same result. Ordered again, paid for Priority Mail International again, got GlobalPost again. Cancelled the order, got my refund – and they shipped it anyway three days later. Their email claiming it was “sent out on the 4th via USPS Priority International” was disproven by their own tracking. They probably need that 99-year warranty because it takes them 98 years to respond to an email.

Extremely honest and helpful staff. Explained something I had ordered will soon be obsolete and removed from sale and offered me an alternative with no extra charge. Amazingly quick delivery and tracking information every step of the way.

Purchased for all the grandkids for Christmas. Perfect for phones and tablets! No cord necessary. Perfect to throw in the back pack or purse and always have it ready when needed!
