Industry WestReviews of industrywest.com

I want to return the item and there's no response from support.

Love the design, quality, modern look.

Great customer service. Do love their products, just sometimes a long lead time for more than 10 chairs usually.

Reordered another set of Aero stackable chairs, one of them was poorly packed and they replaced it promptly.

The items I ordered are a solid recreation of a Prouve-style dining chair, well made for the price.

All of my industry west furniture is high quality and long lasting. I comfortably recommend them to friends and family.

I purchased gunmetal dining room chairs and bar stools from Industry West in the past four years. When it came time to purchase a few more, I needed to call the company to be sure I was ordering the same item as before, that the style had not changed so that I could match what I already had. They were so helpful, and I did indeed receive the correct chairs and finish to complete the match. They look beautiful in my home.

I love the chairs I bought for my office from Industry West. The quality is great. There was a little lead time but the sales representative was very responsive every time I inquired about the ship date.
