IMD was able to provide a custom size industrial PC to exact cutout dimensions to match the PC it was replacing. This saved a lot of installation time and materials. Their customer service and technical support are top-notch. Highly recommended!

We ordered two of their stock touch screens and added Optical Bonding to them. The screens have been working flawlessly since we installed them. We've tried standard consumer based touch screens and always had issues with them working properly. We use these in a printing facility where we have a lot of paper dust. While initially contacting IMD, they were great to work with and explained their options, allowing us to make the right decisions. I strongly recommend working with them for any of your projects.

They sent us two open box units without power adapters . After many days we received the power cables and then shortly after discovered that both units were defective. The displays touchscreen would register the mouse location off screen rendering the screen useless without an attached mouse. Their tech support spent two weeks attempting to resolve the issue. With no fix we opted to send them both back for refund. They then told us that they found a defective driver (that they couldnt fix remotely for some reason) and would be charging us a restocking fee. Save your money and time, go somewhere else for touchscreens.

Thank you for the feedback, and we're sorry the experience fell short. Some clarification for other readers. Power adapters are sold separately on open-box units; when this came up, we shipped both adapters to you at no charge. On the touchscreen behavior — the units were not defective. Our technical team identified it as a driver configuration issue, and resolving it required the units back at our facility. We asked for the units to be returned so we could complete the fix and inspect them. They were not sent back for four months, and only after we advised that a refund could not be processed without the return. When they arrived, both units had significant physical damage that was not present at shipment, and our inspection confirmed no product defect. We issued a full refund regardless, and absorbed the entire loss ourselves. No restocking fee was retained. We go to considerable lengths for our customers, often at real cost to us, and we did so here. We stand behind our engineering team's diagnosis and handling of this case.
Very good experience IMD. Jennifer has been attentive to my request. Material has been delivered quickly end meet to my need.

When Jennifer Loring referred me to the Automation Engineer Mao Ye so Mao may help out with my configuration issues, I had no idea how enthusiastic Mao is to help. It's almost like Mao's been pushing me to take the troubleshooting steps so we may keep moving forward to get my issues resolved. I have never had a tech support engineer who helped me out like Mao did. He's absolutely the best.
