I ordered a BenQ AK700st projector but got nervous since I hadn't heard anything for several days. Once I called, the costumer rep was helpful, followed up with me and took responsibility for the order. The projector was delivered a few days later and working great.

Hi Kevin! Thanks for sharing your experience 😊 During Black Friday, the AK700ST was in extremely high demand, which caused a brief delay. Normally, it ships very quickly. We’re glad our team was able to follow up with you and that the projector arrived shortly after and is working great. Thank you for your patience and trust! Best regards, Indoor Golf Direct Team
