Hi Carlos. Trustpilot review is intended for the service you’ve received from our store not a specific products. Jubes products are sold all over grocery stores in US and online store such as Amazon, etc. it is unfair if you don’t like the product but giving the store who sold the product a bad review. You can address your review to product itself. As a online grocery store/reseller we carry hundreds of different products not just jubes. I hope it explains. Regards
