Hi there. We’ve checked your order and it showed that One of the item was out of stock. Our system created a refund for it and sent automatic a refund notification e-mail on June 5, 11:45 am.
1. I wasn’t given any tracking information. 2. Sent an email to inquire about the order. Given no response. 3. Order arrived warm. No information as whether it is safe now. 4. Phone number listed on the website is disconnected.

Hi there, We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t get spicy level you wanted. To choose different variant for Bon Cabe you must use scrool down menu on item page and set it up to Level 30 before adding item to cart. The order we received on our end exactly the same that you have on your confirmation email and packing slip. It showed you ordered Bon Cabe Lvl 15. But you can still contact us to arrange an exchange, email us at [email protected] Thank again.
I had to throw out most of what I bought, because it contained either unacceptable preservatives or horrible food colors.

Upon checking on your order tracking number USPS# 420640899305510944101583234654, It showed that your order was delivered to your mailbox on October 11, 4:19 pm. Please contact us (you can use Chat with Us button on our website) or your local USPS to claim lost or damaged if you haven't received your package today. USPS Priority Mail shipment is insured from lost/damaged. Lost shipments and damaged items could happen from time to time but 100% is resolvable. no confirmation, long shipping. Had to contact the seller for tracking number. The tracking saying arrival Friday but nothing came. contacted seller again, advised it will come Monday. I will check again tomorrow.
