disastrous
★ – Missed deadline by over a year, £13k spent, no working site We engaged Indianic for a website build with a contracted 6-month delivery. After ~20 months, we received a site that did not function (core flows failed, no viable UAT pass, no production handover). What we experienced: Budget paid: £13,000 across staged invoices. Timeline: Agreed 6 months → slipped repeatedly to ~20 months. Quality: Build never reached a usable state (checkout/routes broke, admin bugs, failed QA). Process: Promised sprints/milestones were missed; issues reopened; no final remediation plan. Outcome: We asked for fixes or partial refund; neither materialised. This is our direct experience, supported by emails, tickets, and invoices. In my opinion, buyers should steer clear.
