I got what I ordered in a timely manner.
I found their prices to be of a good value. The product I received was as ordered. The shipment was fairly quick and as expected. The web site is frustrating to use. Sometimes it is inconsistent and gets hung up, other times it won't complete the process of an order. I had to close, re-login, and re-enter information three or four times before it would finally get to the actual payment screen. Also, it wouldn't finish the process for a free sample of a new product. It had some issue with shipping, even though it was the same saved shipping info in my profile, of which my purchased order was shipped to. It would never progress to the final submit order page, thus I couldn't ever oder the new product sample.
