If I’m being honest, I would need more characters than I’m probably allowed to type - I mean, if there’s a limitation. They’re awesome, you can have a laugh with them in their Discord, but still take you seriously, even if you feel like you’re being a total pain in the ass (like me, sometime) and respond as soon as they can, though I never had to wait longer than a few hours (unlike some other companies). They’re doing their best to help you out (unlike other companies who’d refer to ask their “community” if they can’t get it figured out). So, if you’re looking for a “family” instead of a hosting or game sever provider, then I’d highly recommend using Imperium Hosting and if you’re not, then you either lost your mind as the perfect and most awesome company’s here. And the worst that can happen is you’re demanding a refund, but that will never happen because you’ll be disgustingly satisfied with their service, server, and staff that you’re planning to get another one of their service!

Coming from another hoster, Imperium was fantastic to deal with right off the start. Super friendly and prompt, answered all my questions with out making me feel they were rushing me and gave me great recommendations based of my needs and what I described I was doing. The service as great, the price to performance is also hard to beat, would highly recommend giving them a try.

I recently just purchased a sever for Dayz and was having some trouble setting it up this company goes above and beyond i reached out and a wonderful soul name Billie jumped right in and took over and helped me get my new sever online I couldn't be thankful enough thank you Imperium for hiring great staff and ppl to help in stressful times.
