Look elsewhere
I requested canceling for a server they had trouble managing and unable to keep updated. The request stated to cancel at the end of the billing period. (IN DECEMBER) They canceled within 24 hours and now the server is gone. I swear, nothing gets done right with this server host. No refund or Nada.

Hi Stephen, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the chance to clarify. Our records show that the cancellation request submitted through your client portal was set to “Immediate” rather than “End of Billing Cycle.” Because of this, the service was automatically terminated within 24 hours in accordance with the selected option. While this type of cancellation does not qualify under our standard refund policy, we still went ahead and issued a full refund to your original payment method in good faith as a one-time courtesy. We understand how frustrating misunderstandings like this can be and hope this resolution demonstrates our commitment to fairness and customer satisfaction. — Imperium Hosting Team
