Imperium hosting in my opinion is one of the best hosting companies out there. I've been to many companies for my community server needs but non can compare to them. They are a veteran owned hosting company made for gamers. Not only are they a top notch service. But if there is a problem its dealt with faster than any place I've been to. I write this in reguards to 3 things, and 2 of the 3 things that can be fixed or will come in the future I hope. 1.) Great support! Honestly Billie was absolutely amazing and I honestly feel every company needs a Billie because she went above and beyond to help me and not only help me beyond to help me but pulled in help from other people that knew my game and had Knowledgment about my game to make sure my server worked to a complete and better T. Thank you Billie. 2.) There server interface is very overwhelming! I would feel like it would be a lot better if things had more priority over others. Especially coming from someone that was ready to do something quick and in the moment and the first thing that pops up is just so much. When you first open the admin controller. 3.) For my game at least, there is no way for me to admin/permit/ban Xbox players because the interface is for just SteamId64 and not for the Xbox IDS that are needed. So I lose my extra security that I feel is there for a cross play server. Lastly ill end with this, these guys have the fastest load up for a server. Usually on other servers it takes a minute f or the server to load and turn on or even restart. I barely have any mods that take much and it takes seconds if that and my group is ready. Amazing support, definitely. Great people. Awesome discord I see myself staying here with my people in the long run.
