Very poor customer service. I bought filter cup for 618 a but it didn't fit on my vacuum.i sent email but no reply,I bought it for 14.99 with free shipping.but now to return I have to pay about 9 dollars for return change.thats very very bad..I should have bought it from Amazon, at least I would have been return it without paying return shipment.

Hi everyone, I wanted to share my experience with the MOOSOO P5 vacuum. My P5 broke while it was still under warranty. In fact just a few months after I purchased it. Customer service initially told me they would replace the defective part. Before doing so, they asked me to perform several troubleshooting tests to identify which part had failed. I completed all the tests, determined that the vacuum head was defective, and informed them in multiple emails. After that, I never received the replacement part, nor did I receive any further response from customer service. I also tried to leave a review on their website to warn other shoppers, but I couldn't. I purchased the vacuum directly from their website, and they only allow reviews through a link sent by email. My review link has been disabled, so I have no way to post my experience there. Because of that, I'll be sharing this review on other platforms, such as Trustpilot and Google, so other customers can make a more informed decision. I encourage shoppers not to rely solely on the positive reviews when deciding whether to purchase this or any other MOOSOO vacuum. Consider reading reviews from multiple independent sources before making your decision.

A mini air fryer purchased 1 year ago got the timer broken exactly a year later. The customer service response was to look for replacements in third parties …like they are covering my warranty. They did not do anything for me no even offer a discount or something . The item was still in warranty and still.. literally nothing.

Just received my stick vacuum cleaner model #LA-PA7S-0167 and have some questions because the manual that came with it doesn’t have all the information it should. There was no phone number listed in the manual so I went online to the website and it listed a phone number 1-646-968-0167 and this number is a non working phone number. Will be returning it to Walmart. Would not recommend this product because they don’t want to be contacted once you purchase their products.

My vacuum has acid leak tried calling non working number sever email and nothing.. Only had vacuum for 3 months no way to get customer support. I'm gonna have to call my credit card company to dispute this charge

Purchased 4/21 from Amazon. Battery life now down to 20 minutes runtime max. Customer service says replacement battery no longer available. No help on a 3rd party alternate battery. Really, with a 2 year old product ? Would never buy another Moosoo product. 12/7/23 UPDATE: For those interested in a 3rd party replacement battery, the following Cameron Sino battery will work. Search Amazon for: "Cameron Sino Battery for Liectroux C30B C30B 2D C30B 2D WiFi Robot Vacuum Cleaner Midea M4 PN:Liectroux MD-C30B 2600mAh I installed it in my RT40 and the runtime is now back to normal.

AVOID! Tried to contact the company numerous times by phone and e-mail. NO RESPONSE WAS EVER RECEIVED.

Bad quality product. When I tried to contact them to return it within a day of receiving it, they are unresponsive. I have tried calling and emailing multiple times
