iMarku knives have manufacturing units based out of Japan. Our CEO, Mr. Mark Liu had started around a decade back. The story dates back to when one of his friends Bolton had a pretty frustrating time looking for a perfect chef knife. That is when he made up his mind to create something to make good knives.He had started young, went to Japan to learn more about Japanese art and culture to start making these Japanese knives. He had initially chalked out a 5-year plan, but things initially did not turn out as planned. He almost felt like quitting, but his girlfriend named iMarku kept on inspiring him to keep going. And that is how the brand came to be known as iMarku.Today iMarku has come a long way from making a single chef knife to an amazing range of world-class knives, prep tools, and cookware. And the story of our growth continues. We are only growing with bigger and greater plans of expansion.

Did not get good tracking information when order was in transit! Other than that it was good, my sister liked the cookware!

Dear Regenna, We are so sorry for the tracking issue. Normally it takes 2-5 days for delivery. The logistics sometimes doesn't provide the accurate in time. And we are glad to hear that your sister like the cookware, happy cooking!
I was charged and received the wrong set. And, I was charged and received the right set two days later. I did not order the first set and I do not need two sets. Customer service never responded to my messages. The phone number does not go to customer service it goes to a residence. Please advise how I can get this resolved.

The knife set is very nice looking. But they are not sharp at all very disappointed.The shipping was very slow but i guess that's par.

Received knife . Went to use it and noticed that the tang and handle were un even and that the metal edge of the tang was sharp . Used knife to cut half case of okra knife was dull when done . Not that impressed with knife . Have others in different model are awesome.

Out of four (4) items ordered, one (1) was the wrong item. While ordering the Serrated Bread Knife 10" with the Pakkawood Handle, the item received was of different design, with "riveted" different wood handle. Contacting Customer Service by phone was no use, contacting by email was successful. The item in question has now been promptly delivered. The hassle of this order was not about the value of the knife, but executive time wasted to get it replaced. All items are fine and good looking, considering Made in China.

I expected the knives to be a bit heavier. They are light, so the balance was off for me.

I purchased the cimitar breaking knife. It’s a fantastically designed knife but the craftsmanship/quality assurance in the handle was lacking. My knife was very uneven and I found my hand constantly hitting the uneven edges that popped out.
