Joined this fitfam almost a year ago & have not regretted my decision. The workouts are intense, but that’s how you meet your goals. Instructors are AMAZING, FUNNY & its an overall great experience. Playlists are also BOMB!

I really enjoy the classes because they're not monotonous! Always something different and you FEEL a difference in your body. I've only been taking classes for about 3 months, but I definitely notice a change in my body, energy and strength! My muscle mass went up 2%! All of the instructors are super motivating and it really feels like family. You learn actual skills and over the course of time, you get better and better. Things get easier, but you are CONSTANTLY challenged. A few years ago, I would have never gone to the gym, let alone by myself. Now, 3 times a week I am excited and motivated to get to class, even solo! Oh, and dripping sweat. Never experienced that before with any class, and it's a great feeling! Leave class with those endorphins pumping and feeling great.

ILKB Mandarin is AMAZING! I'm very active and like workouts that produce results. That's why I joined ILKB and have enjoyed every minute of it. The instructors are amazing and encourage me to push myself harder with each workout. Each class is different which makes me want to come back for more and my fellow ILKB are friendly and inspirational. I've never been more excited to workout now and would strongly encourage anyone to try it ILKB!

Joining iLoveKickboxing in Cambridge, MA, is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! The staff are all so caring and inspiring. The workouts have made me stronger and more confident and the health tips have totally changed how I eat. I’ve never been a gym person but I totally love going to these classes. I 100% recommend iLoveKickboxing!

Such a great time! Everyone is so helpful and nice. They help you work towards your goals and beyond!! I always look forward to when I can get to the next class!!! I have only been a member for a few months and have already noticed a change in my mood,lifestyle choices and already down a pants size!! You always feel motivated and ready to work hard!
