Poor customer service and not overly happy with end result

So disappointing! Haven’t received a product and can’t get any response from the company!

I haven’t received my final product and after four attempts trying to contact them, they simply haven’t responded. Super disappointed!

There were a lot of issues with the processing of the order so a 3-5 day copy turned to three weeks. Came out amazing though and exactly how I wanted

Review is 0 stars. This company is a scam. I ordered a portrait a month ago and have gone back and fourth with ‘Sarah’ about where the portrait is. I don’t believe it’s coming and beware yours probably isn’t either.

Absolutely HORRIBLE !! I placed my order on November 24th, if is now December 15th and Ive not received an email with my picture. Ive emailed the store 5 times now asking about my order and explaining to them its meant to be a christmas gift with no response from everyone. Absolutely disgusted with this store will not be back - still waiting on a reply from any of the emails I have sent.
