This is not what I was looking for. They said it was a 30 day free trial then I was charged immediately. In order to cancel you must email them with the word cancel and your member number. Very disappointed. The app is very basic and basically gives you free information you can already find online. The agent on the phone said if I want to check my credit score to go somewhere else like freecreditreport.com. Why would I go somewhere else when I am trying to pay for Fico scoring.

This is a great program for people who are constantly on the internet. But it is a little confusing. I thought it was going to be on my computer, but it is on my phone. Does it automatically do my computer?

My husband's ID was stolen through the hacking of a company with whom he used to have a credit card. The hackers opened an account in his name. We got an IDShied notification immediately allowing us to contact the company within hours of the open and before any damage was done. The hack occurred through no fault of our own but IDShield has given us the option to be proactive in our credit health.

My wife received a demand call from a major credit card provider (rhymes with symphony) demanding payment for a $1,500 series of charges via PayPal for electronic equipment. Since she does not have accounts with either we called IDShield and provided them with the information. After over 45 days and various phone calls and documents provided to the credit bureaus, her account is cleared and accounts with those entities are closed! All at no cost or worry from us! They did the work and all she did was provide some basic documentation to support her position! And we had 1 professional at IDShield to deal with on each contact! Thank you, IDShield!
