I find their sign-up process to be preditory. The service is no better than Experians or a LifeLock, but costs more, no refund policy, and the fee was higher than advertised and also went up in the first month. I never was given a login, they don't have a customer service email that works and you'll need all day to get through by phone, if you're lucky. They complain of a "labor shortage" for poor customer service.

IdentityIQ has been great helping me keep an eye on my credit score, any fraudulent activity, and keeping my identity safe. The fraud alerts are super fast and easy to help figure out what I need to do. Definitely a great value for the price.

If you try and cancel your subscription Identityiq will not answer the phone. I've tried for 3 months to cancel and still get billed! Complete fraud

Thank you for your review. We apologize for your experience. We have 100% U.S.-based customer service specialists available to assist you six days a week. Our hours are 7:00AM CST to 7:00PM CST Monday-Friday, and 8:30AM CST to 5:00PM CST on Saturday. Please give us a call so we can assist.
Do not I repeat do not purchase this program. It is absolutely useless and impossible to cancel. When you call their customer service number you have to wait 10 minutes only to be told that they are unable to except voicemail messages. There is no way to cancel it online on their website furthermore any decent bank does a better of credit monitoring and fraud prevention than they do. If you want to waste $20 a month for nothing go ahead and sign up.
