I just booked 1 1/2 hours ago. Payed via Crypto. Support said write a ticket. Gives no infos. Is not even able to answer on the second chat opening. Absolute unprofessional and there should nobody go who needs an professional support. I do not even care if this is a one time thing. But paying 800$, then a useless support and no reaction for a HOSTING company is a joke. No trust into anything that has to do with them.

I paid $125 in USDT (TRC20) for a server. After receiving the payment, iDatam told me that I had to complete KYC with a physical ID before they would provide the server. Unfortunately, I currently don't have access to my physical ID. I asked them for a refund because the server had not been provided, but they refused and told me that cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable. In my opinion, the KYC requirement should have been clearly communicated before accepting such a large payment. I would not have placed the order if I had known about this requirement beforehand. I am sharing my experience so other customers are aware of the KYC requirement and refund policy before making a payment. My order was never delivered, and my $125 USDT payment was not refunded.

We appreciate all feedback, but we must directly correct the false claims made in this review to ensure complete transparency for our future customers. 1. KYC was explicitly disclosed BEFORE payment: Your claim that the KYC requirement was a surprise is completely false. During our checkout process, it is technically impossible to make a payment without first manually checking a mandatory consent box. By checking this box, you explicitly agreed to provide physical KYC documentation and accepted our Terms of Service (TOS). 2. Highly Suspicious Account Activity: We enforce strict identity verification to keep bad actors off our network. Your account behavior immediately triggered our security systems. You initially registered under the male name "Jack Henri" and later changed the account name to a female name, "Mary Ann Argarin," while attempting to use anonymous cryptocurrency. When asked to verify which identity was real using a physical ID, you refused. 3. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Crypto Policy: Our TOS clearly states that cryptocurrency payments (USDT/BTC) are strictly non-refundable in cases where a user refuses to verify their identity. This is a mandatory international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocol. We do not profit from these funds; they are legally frozen to prevent financial abuse, money laundering, and cybercrime. 4. Digital Copies are Unacceptable: You offered to send "photos/scans saved on your phone." For obvious security reasons, we do not accept digital files, which are easily forged or stolen. We require a live verification of a physical ID to prevent identity theft. We do not apologize for maintaining a secure network. If you are a legitimate customer, you are welcome to verify your true identity through our secure automated system, at which point your service will be provisioned or a refund will be evaluated. This is a company that resells the services of other hosting companies. They don't have their own networks, their own server control panel. All they have is support that responds for hours. We had a situation where we overdue the invoice payment - the server was turned on only after a few hours. The following month, we paid the invoice on time, but the server was turned off exactly on the payment date (it was paid in the control panel) I wrote to the support to find out the reason for the shutdown of the server on February 5th, and received the following threat: "Our company maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding aggressive or abusive behavior. We reserve the right to terminate services and this contract without prior notice if professional conduct standards are not met. We strongly advise you to act with patience. Otherwise, we reserve the full right to terminate the contract between you and us without any prior notice. Please be advised that a warning has already been issued to you, and it is final and not open to dispute. So far, we have been unable to identify any indication that your server went down, and a detailed investigation is required to determine this. This is a complex process. Therefore, we are unable to provide an ETA for a response at this time. We hereby inform you to take the above-mentioned warning very seriously. Thanks and Best Regards Support Team" If you want your servers to run erratically, shut down once a month and you overpay for the lack of service, use this service. In other cases, I do not recommend it.

Their sales team didn't even wanted to talk to me after I asked about emails sending. We have CRM system and it is working for more than 10 years by now. So we have many customers who use the CRM. Our system sends some automated emails about the events that happen in the system (payments, bookings, billing and other). Offcourse we need some quotes to send emails. But sales team of this provider just thought that we are spammers and ended talk. Didn't even try to know us better, didn't even asked about our CRM system name and our site.

Spamming is strictly prohibited on our network and no one has any space for it. Also your style of speaking is suspicious. However, if you intend to buy the server in order not to send spam email and if your server does not receive abuse complaints and IP blacklist, we can provide the server.
