Flexible and fast. The platform is quickly evolving, so you get the benefits of constant enhancements, but also need to be patient with a product in rapid development.

I've been using Icon for awhile now and the tool is quite impressive. The UGC videos are high quality, the team is very responsive when issues arrive. They are our trusted partner for asset generation. The only thing I would improve is the assetgpt function which is a little buggy.

I’ve been working with Icon for a little over a year. I’m a firm believer that what you put into a partnership is what you get out of it — Icon has been an incredible partner in helping me maintain a healthy supply chain. Their platform is one of the most cost effective ways of getting content & in some cases has provided top performing videos in our ad accounts.

We’ve been using ICON for our video content and love the dynamic, modern editing style. The pricing is very competitive, and having built-in competitor analysis and creative generation tools is a huge plus. While we experienced some initial platform lag and delivery delays, the quick support team helped us resolve everything promptly.
