contacted them 2 times in 3 months through their website over a problem with power bank R600 and have had no replies" if i leave the unit fully charged, i go to turn it on and it wont power up" if i plug the 240v lead into it, it will then power power up, wont buy from them again

Fast shipping and constant updates on items! Came @68% charged to. 100% and three days later still @100% hope I never need it but my kids may. Thanks Edward Bowen

Package arrived on time. I ordered 2 of the PB100 batteries. Both batteries were at 0 % charge. I hooked both batteries up with the charging cords provided. Neither of the batteries would charge. Screen would start to charge at 4 or 5 volts and .01 amps then one second latter the screen started showing a flashing 0% and the charging would try again at 5 volts and .01 amps then it would go back to a flashing 0% it did this over and over with no charge. I would think ALLPOWERS would at least test their batteries before they sent them out. Their customer service is slow to respond and it takes days to weeks to resolve problems.

Llevo una semana esperando el formulario para devolver el producto, ya que hice un pedido Y me llegó la estación de carga en cuatro días y la placa solar en dos semanas y yo ya estaba fuera. De todas formas veo que tarda mucho en cargar y no tiene la batería que necesito Ahora el problema lo tengo en que no me contestan para rellenar el formulario y realizar la devolución

Ik ben niet tevreden over mijn aankoop bij Allpowers. De levering was traag, en het product was niet zoals ik had verwacht. De website was niet duidelijk genoeg, en de klantenservice reageerde niet snel. Ik zou niet opnieuw kopen.

Does not work reliably. Purchased new, stops feeding power from AC randomly. USB worked for a little bit and now does not, states 88% charged. Tried two USB cords. Won't charge my devices.
