I've had the allpowers R600 for almost three years. I bought it to provide back up 240 volts for my disabled wifes electric powered hospital style adjustable bed. Didn't need to use it for about a year or so, but when we had a power outage due to a storm, I reached for it straight away. The R600 didn't turn on, it was dead or flat ? So..I charged it up the next day and it seemed to work well, so I then put it storage waiting for the next power outage. About 18 months later we had another power outage and when I tried to turn on the R600, it wouldn't power up, it was the same scenario as the last time I reached for it. So, the next day, I plugged the charger into the R600 to charge it up. It instantly tripped the circuit breaker in our house. From that day on, I never touched it again. In hindsight, I wish I'd bought a Bluetti instead.

Llevo una semana esperando el formulario para devolver el producto, ya que hice un pedido Y me llegó la estación de carga en cuatro días y la placa solar en dos semanas y yo ya estaba fuera. De todas formas veo que tarda mucho en cargar y no tiene la batería que necesito Ahora el problema lo tengo en que no me contestan para rellenar el formulario y realizar la devolución

Ik ben niet tevreden over mijn aankoop bij Allpowers. De levering was traag, en het product was niet zoals ik had verwacht. De website was niet duidelijk genoeg, en de klantenservice reageerde niet snel. Ik zou niet opnieuw kopen.

I paid over $2000 with tax for this solar generator and it just stopped charging, stopped working and it’s barely been 30 days since I ordered. I even purchased another set of 600 watt solar panels. It’s not doing anything. I tried a hard reset, charging it directly into the outlet and literally nothing. I even bought a plu and play soft start still not working.

Entreprise pas du tout sérieuse. Ils ont renvoyé une batterie motier moins puissante !!! De plus, il a fallu que je bataille, que j'insiste et ai bout du compte, j'ai reçu une batterie moitié moins puissante. Pour ceux qui savent bricoler, achetez une batterie de voiture et crée des adaptateurs de prise car c'est une excellente puissance !

Pedí varios paneles solares y baterias. Me ha llegado todo menos 1 panel solar que marcaron entregado pero no lo he recibido. No deberiais usar DHL la verdad experiencia pésima sin solución de momento…
