The product is powerful and effective. The battery began to not charge, but the customer service is great and replaced the battery even though it was a bit past the warranty.

This is a great product & a fantastic company. When I needed my Hypervolt repaired, I left a messages and was contacted within 10 minutes. Kelley was incredibly helpful and professional and made the process very easy. The Hypervolt itself is worth every penny. It’s made a huge difference in the pain I’ve had. I have recommended this to friends and will continue to do so!
