I had an issue with a Hyperice device that needed to be replaced. Valerie was very helpful and patient in working out the logistics of how to get me the replacement. Kudos to excellent customer service!

I love the back Hyper Ice and recently had a problem with the batter. the Email customer service was great. answered timely and offered me a discount to purchase another product since this one was old and no replacements parts were available, I did not even have to asak for that.

I had an issue with my 2 year old Normatec 2 legs device. One of the leg zippers popped. I contacted support and even though my warranty had expired, after sending photos and serial number, they verified my purchase and offered to replace the one leg that popped. Looking forward to receiving it so I can get back to using my Normatec. Easy and very nice service. And VERY satisfied with the outcome.
