Tom from customer service was such a pleasure to deal with. I absolutely recommend this company and their products!

I bought this for my husband who works out of a hot van. He absolutely loves it! The sleeve keeps his water cool all day. He recently tore the sleeve and they were extremely fast sending a full replacement!! Customer service and shipping was amazing!

Love this product, carry it with me all day every day. I drink more water than I ever have (that was the goal). Fantastic customer service too!

I love the lifetime warranty! The case is so convenient when working out in the gym as well. I tell everyone I can to go get this product!

Excellent customer service. Contacted them with issue with the cap and they responded and assisted me right away

I love this bottle! The handle on the side is a nice feature for everyday carrying. But also having the hand strap and over the shoulder strap makes it convenient when you have a lot going on. The customer service is OUTSTANDING! Quick to respond and handle any issues/concerns!

Great customer service! I received a replacement gallon at no cost.l, in a timely manner

Love this bottle! When I needed a replacement sent out, the company did it without questions per their lifetime warranty. They even checked in to make sure I had received it. Highly recommend the bottle and the company!
