Lack of communication on a product that was supposed to be in stock waited 2 weeks to get said product , paid for overnight shipping . wasn't told product was not in stock till after i reached out and still was not provided updates or even offered refund on shipping .

The shipping experience was less than spectacular. In general, I was able to get the same filter from China in 2 weeks; it took Hydrafill 7 weeks to deliver the filter. I ordered it 12/8/2025 and received it 1/28/2026.

Nick, we sincerely apologize for the 7-week wait — this order fell through the cracks on our end, and that's entirely on us. This filter is normally a stock item that ships in 2-3 days, which makes this experience even more frustrating, and we completely understand your comparison to faster alternatives. We're addressing this internally and would welcome the chance to make it right — please reach out to us directly if there's anything we can do.
