Excellent products & customer service! This was my first time using HWE since my local stationery store wasn't able to get the specific product I was looking for, and I was impressed with the selection and the personalized packaging. Thank you!

Notebook's metal rim was dented, causing cover to warp. Everything else seemed to be in good condition, and I appreciated the sweets and note.

The package was fine, no signs of damage but the envelopes are all bent on the top left corner.

You had just what I was looking for. I liked the cute touch of wrapping the item with a string and a nice personal note on the invoice too. Thank you.

Always loved the binderwerk sketchbook so great quality as usual there! However, the packaging for the sketchbook was so cute!! It was very nicely wrapped and I really appreciated the 2 candies and handwritten note :)
