Outstanding! Excellent customer service is their modus operandi. The Brookfield hand letter-pressed notes are unique, lovely and so versatile. I couldn't resist buying three different styles.

Excellent! I was very impressed by how neatly the pens came packaged and the hand written note on the receipt inside.
