Thank you for a very friendly and fast transaction and thank you for replacing the single fountain pen out of stock with the 3-pack. The solid wrapping of the pens inside a solid box kept the pens safe from any abuse during transport. I will definitely be coming back for more.

I live in Texas and stumbled upon HWE several years ago when looking for one of my favorite notebooks (#papersnob). I have been ordering from them ever since and I am constantly amazed by their customer service and the care that goes into shipping each order. I am a member of their monthly box subscription and absolutely love all of the goodies I receive. This shop is one of my absolute favorites for gifts! Love everything about HWE!!

So far everything is going swimmingly. I am traveling and will return on March 22nd, so I think I will see your package by the time I return. (PO is holding my mail until my return.) Thank you for your efficient and personal service and your community care. Elinor
