I would leave zero stars if I could! Horrible company that promised one price then tripled it after cancelling the original transport day for my car. It took them three days to find a new transport for my car and then said I had to agree to it right then and that the driver was on the way despite me not agreeing to the new price.

HUCK LOGISTICS = SCAM
Quoted $550, extorted for $1,070 while holding my vehicle ransom. They used fake names, money routed to a random accounts, located in Pakistan. DO NOT use this company under any circumstances! Police were involved and I am getting a lawyer.
I contracted with Huck Logistics LLC (MC# 1654433) on July 5th, 2026 to transport my vehicle, a 2022 Kia Telluride, from Hazlet, NJ to Carrollton, GA under Load ID/Invoice # 751141. The total agreed contract price was $550, structured as a $100 deposit and $450 balance due upon delivery.
The vehicle was originally scheduled for pickup on 7/30 and delivery by 8/2 per the initial timeline discussed, though pickup was delayed repeatedly through a series of shifting, unverifiable excuses from the company's dispatcher ("Jasmine"): the driver was reportedly out of hours near the pickup location on 7/30; then, on 7/31, the company claimed the driver was in Portland, OR, nowhere near the pickup route, because of a family medical emergency; the vehicle was not actually picked up until 8/5.
On 8/5, 3.5 hours after the vehicle had been picked up, the dispatcher told me the driver needed an additional $270 cash payment "for fuel, tolls, and taxes" that was never part of my signed contract, and directed me to send it via Zelle to an account under the name "Market Bridge LLC" — an entity with no apparent connection to Huck Logistics or any assigned carrier. When I pushed back that this wasn't in our agreement, the dispatcher confirmed in writing that the remaining balance would be reduced to $180 "cash on delivery" to account for the extra payment. I paid the $270 under pressure to avoid further delay of a vehicle I was told was already loaded on a truck.
On 8/6, the morning after I sent that payment, the dispatcher introduced a new delay story: the driver's truck had allegedly been hit by another vehicle at a truck stop, damaging it, and delivery would now be pushed to "next week."
Then, on 8/7, less than 10 minutes before the driver contacted me, I was told by Huck Logistics the amount due was no longer $180 (or even the original $450 balance), it was now $700!
"Charles Boderso," the driver, called me within seven minutes of Huck Logistics informing me of the price change and gave me 15-20 minutes to arrive at the delivery location, stating he would leave (citing another stop in Florida) if I did not show up within that window. I had no way to independently verify this individual was an actual carrier driver rather than another company representative. I was also told previously Huck Logistics would give me plenty of notice so I could make the necessary arrangements to get the vehicle from the driver. However, that was not the case as the time line went from “next week” to pick it up right now or I will leave and you will incur storage fees.
I inquired about where the vehicle would be stored and they would not provide an address, just some place in Florida. Under this time pressure, and after more than a week of delays, I paid the $700 to secure delivery. In total, across all three demands, the company collected $100 + $270 + $700 = $1,070 against a signed contract price of $550, an overpayment of $520.
I have a complete text message record documenting this entire sequence, including screenshots of the Venmo and Zelle payment confirmations.
This pattern of vague/shifting delay excuses, followed by demands for additional off-contract payment via an unverified third-party Zelle account, followed by further indefinite delay is consistent with reports I've since found from other Huck Logistics customers describing similar "bait and switch" pricing and unresponsive service.
Separately, when the driver refused to release my vehicle without the $700 payment, I contacted local police to report it as a possible stolen vehicle. During that process, police were able to reach "Jeff Miller," a Huck Logistics contact who had been referenced throughout my communications with the dispatcher and the man that negotiated the original contract. However, the person who answered under that name spoke with what I'd describe as a strong Indian accent, inconsistent with the voice of the man I originally spoke with on July 5th. I asked if there was another Jeff Miller there and I was told, no.
I was instructed to contact Zack James, a manager, to help resolve my issue. Conveniently, he was not available during my situation and he chose not to return my communications after four attempts. I found out Zack James is not actually located in Michigan, or the United States for that matter, he is located in Pakistan. This raises further concerns about the legitimacy of the identities the company's representatives are presenting to customers.

I had a terrible experience with Huck Logistics. They initially gave me a reasonable quote to ship my vehicles, but at the very last minute, they tried to change and increase the prices after I had already signed and paid the deposit. When I questioned them, they even came up with a ridiculous excuse that the driver's relative passed away just to justify their shady practices. Their communication is deceptive, and their cancellation policies are designed to trap your money. Unprofessional and untrustworthy brokers. Do yourself a favor and look for a reliable direct carrier instead.

COMPANY FULL OF SCAMMERS! DANGER DANGER
Where do I begin, I was dealing with BILL he is a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE LIAR AND SCAMMER he quoted me $880 for my vehicle and on the day of pickup texted me the driver info. after the driver never showed. I received a text "supposedly from the driver" which I believe was Bill and was told he was in an accident. They found another driver and the price went up to $1200 then they tried to deliver the car a day early which no one was there to receive the car and he said they will take it to Houston 4 hours away and once I told Bill they had horrible reviews and even bad reviews about him he told me he was not going to help me and hung up in my face. THEY ARE SCAMMERS I WOULD NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY IF I WAS PAID A MILLION BUCKS. BILL IS A LIAR AND A SCAMMER.

Won’t return deposit
Took a deposit to transport vehicle, came up with every excuse including sending me fake accident photos as to why the shipping would be delayed. When I started asking for deposit back the company said that the rep who handled it is no longer employed there and they know nothing about taking a deposit. I then found out that was a lie because the people who actually transported my vehicle said that they saw my shipping request from huck on the dispatch center that many brokers use.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
We had a horrible experience with this company. They quoted us 1 price and at day of pick up they tripled the price and when we asked about just getting our deposit back they refused. They then kept calling us with different prices as they lowered the price. They kept changing the pickup date and had a different excuse why the date changed. We ended up paying 600dols over the quoted price. I feel like this company is a big scam to cheap people out of their money.

Scammers - Dishonest - Bogus company
They quoted me a low price 2 weeks prior to shipping. When given a 2 hour window for pick up, we waited until 2 hours after schedule and they claimed driver got in an accident. Several other reviews had the same experience with their driver getting in an accident. They took a deposit and didn't return it, promising it would be retuned. I could go on ad-infinitum of the deceitful practices they engaged in during the experience. They are scammers. Stay away. I got burned so you don't have to.
