Terrible Audit Procedures. As many businesses owners do, I receive thousands of emails. I glance at emails from Huckleberry monthly that state, payment received. A call would have been a better way to resolve missed audits, rather than a cancelation notice 5 months later. This company evidently lacks a customer retention team.
