Sad to say no one ever contacted me regarding the issue I had. Thus the reason for only one star. They definitely need better customer service.

Had to switch between reps, which caused some confusion. Overall, it was a good service.

Follow-up isn't there. Same day as inquiry for insurance I asked about another insurance company and no response. Difficulty in logging into the Insurance Company website. Finally gave up and went with another company.
