It is a real fake company. Avoid to that all as employer! They just reject your advertisement with any excuses and try to degrade you and your business. They are not professional and not correct as business. Absolutely fake.

I bought a 1-year plan. Hubstaff suspended my account without reason when I asked for a refund; they sent me this message, Our refund policy, which was agreed upon at the time of purchase, specifies the conditions under which refunds are granted. Unfortunately, your request does not align with these terms. Specifically, Hubstaff Refund Policy | Money-Back Guarantee

I do not recommend Hubstaff. They provided no courtesy or flexibility regarding a billing charge and refused to issue a refund. To make matters worse, they then disabled my access to the account for over two months. Very disappointing customer service and overall experience.

Hi Jordan! We’re sorry to hear that this was your experience. Regarding the billing charge, we reviewed your case and unfortunately, the situation did not qualify for a refund under our refund policy. We understand that this may not have been the resolution you were hoping for, but we do need to apply our refund policy consistently. We’d also like to clarify that the account suspension was not related to our refusal to issue a refund. The charge was disputed directly with your bank, which triggered a payment dispute on the account. When a charge is disputed through a bank, access to the account may be suspended while the payment is being handled to prevent further billing activity on the account. We understand how frustrating it can be to lose access to your account, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We appreciate you sharing your feedback as it gives us an opportunity to clarify what happened.
I really liked this thing...........

This software is horrible. Been working for hours and it's not showing anything. Why any company would sign up and pay for this crap is beyond me. What a waste of money. And when you get sued for people losing their jobs over your software not properly working hopefully your company goes down. Zero stars.

Hubstaff uses deceptive billing practices designed to intentionally overcharge customers through a needlessly complex pricing structure and dark UI patterns. After renewing my Growth plan to Team plans under the presumption that it gives me Insights as part of the plan and paying for screenshot add-ons, I was hit two days later with an unexpected $108 charge for an upgrade that failed to credit my prior payment while simultaneously charging me extra for add-ons like Insights that were supposedly included. When I confronted live support on July 20, the agent explicitly agreed to downgrade my account back to Growth, configure the add-ons separately, and refund all overcharges, promising a email follow-up once completed. Instead, zero refunds were ever issued, no follow-up was provided, and I was effectively billed for two months of a Team plan I never even used for a full week; as a direct result of this broken support promise and predatory charging, we are canceling our subscription immediately and migrating our entire team to a different software.
